Distribution utilities should be required to provide near real-time information (at least hourly) on the mix of generation sources for the power being delivered in their system via Internet portals or APIs.

Commercial wireless broadband networks of the future should include prioritization schemes so that public safety and critical infrastructure data traffic using these networks has a high degree of likelihood of transmission during times of congestion.
