I believe, that if a company such as GM or Ford were to invest in mass transit for the US, in the form of bullet train. This would create jobs and increase the economy.

With ARRA and the Broadband grants opportunities now available, and the process to leverage broadband investments advancing consistently, I believe the timetable originally set for the grant & project timelines will be met.
