Yes, let's please improve broadband and its infrastructure in the United States. It is sad to note that the United States is ranked 12th or 13th--depending on the survey relied on--relative to other countries providing broadband, in terms of quality of service. Third way? Ha How about beginning to apply the law passed June 19, 1934. On Page 8 in paragraph (51) WIRE COMMUNICATIONS was required to be regulated just like other communications. I have attempted to have the Supreme Court order the FCC to regulate COMMUNICATIONS BY WIRE that are being called "Internet or IP Services" simply for a disguise. Broadband grants hurting home values?

Stimulus grants are being made in New Hampshire to parts of towns that already have broadband rather than to areas that do not. Meanwhile the local telephone company apparently has no intention of extending DSL to some areas with houses even a few hundred feet apart even if it receives stimulus money.
